Thursday is a special evening entirely dedicated to discovering all our handcrafted products: from gin, bitters, and vermouth to our house wines, as well as our mustards and preserves, made with genuine and local ingredients.

A unique experience that will take you on a journey to explore authentic flavors and surprising pairings, all in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

We offer an endless apericena, where you can alternate between expertly crafted cocktails and tastings of selected wines, to be enjoyed comfortably in our cozy tavern or outdoors, surrounded by the tranquility and charm of our park.

Our sharing boards are the highlight of the evening: abundant, packed with snacks and top-quality local products, designed to satisfy every palate.

The picio represents peasant cuisine at its finest, thanks to its simplicity: flour, water, and salt. It is the emblem of our tradition, to be twirled around your fork and enjoyed with delight.

On Fridays, we invite you to a special fresh pasta showcooking in our open kitchen.

We’ll provide the aperitif, while our young pasta makers skillfully and passionately prepare pici on the spot. Double or triple sauce? A feast is guaranteed!

The Friday menu is designed for those with a big appetite:

  • Complimentary aperitif to kick off the evening in the best way.
  • Seasonal entrée, made with fresh, local ingredients.

THE GRILL

Saturday is all about the grill.

But not just any grill: a serious one, for true meat lovers. The undisputed star of the evening is the meat, perfectly cooked over the coals.

Juicy sausages, impressive Fiorentina steaks (on request), tender sliced beef, and flavorful ribs are just some of the delights that await you.

Everything is accompanied by generous glasses of our excellent house wine, enhancing every bite and making the experience even more special.

At lunchtime, we move to the cellar, a special place where tradition and modernity meet. The cellar of Podere della Bruciata is a modern space, nestled in a panoramic mountain near Montepulciano, offering a breathtaking view.

Here, for three generations, we have been producing handcrafted, limited-edition wine, born from passion, experience, and respect for the land.

The doors of our cellar are always open to anyone who wants to learn more about the world of wine, or even to those who are simply lost and wish to rediscover the pleasure of a good glass.

We offer various experiences to satisfy every curiosity and desire: from the classic tasting tour, to immerse yourself in the flavors and aromas of our wines, to themed lunches, perfect for those seeking a complete food and wine experience. For the more adventurous, we also organize picnics among the vineyards, a unique opportunity to experience the land in an authentic and relaxed way.
